【Abstract】 4 cis- and trans-p-chloro-α-chloro (or bromo)-cinnamamides were synthesized. Their configurations were verified on the basis of NMR and UV. All these compounds possess anticonvulsant activity. The activity of trans-p-chloro-α-bromo-cinnamide was the highest among the cinna-mamides reported as anticonvulsant in this country.更多还原
