化学合成法氚标记不饱和有机化合物的研究

【Abstract】 The unsaturated organic compounds N-(2,5,6-~3H-3, 4-dichlorophenyl propenoyl)-isobutyl amide and ~3H-isopropiramfumarate were prepared with their tritiated intermediates by chemical synthesis. The specific activity of the products are 28.2mci/mM and 30.7mci/mM, respectively the radiochemical purity of the products arc over 91.5%. The advantage of chemical synthesis method is that the reaction of unsaturated organic compounds with tritium gas is avoided. This ensures the unsaturated compounds containing carbon-carbon double bonds do not become hydrogenated.
