【摘要】 <正> 本实验以大黄造成金黄地鼠脾虚模型,观察其胰腺超微结构变化,借以进一步研究脾虚实质.实验用叙利亚金黄地鼠(Mesocricetus auratus),雄性,共50只.先分为两大组:大黄致虚组每日胃饲大黄水浸煎剂,1.0克/100克体重.正常对照组每日喂等量水.于实验第9天,动物出现与临床相近的脾虚症状,如体重减轻,溏便,纳呆,脱肛,体温偏低,被毛杜槁等.随机取部分动物处死,将胰腺固定于4%戊二醛中,按常规进行超薄切片,以日立H600型透射电镜观察.其余动物再随机分成三组:更多还原

【Abstract】 Syrian golden Hamsters (Mesocricetus auratus)(male) were given infuso- decoction of Genuine rhubarb (Radices and Rhizomes of Rheum palmatum L. et R.palmatum vat,tangutium Maxim) to induce weakness of“spleen”(syn- drome in traditional Chinese medicine).At 9th day after,the perinuclear spaces became widen (1342.8,normal is 479.0),the rough endoplasmic reticulum swellon and the ribosomes decreased (32.2/2.5μm,normal is 53.9/ 2.5μm).When treated with“Si Jun Zi Tang”,the perinuclear spaces,the rough endoplasmic reticulum and ribosome were fully restored to normal. It is suggested that the function of protein synthesis relate to weakness significantly.更多还原
