缰核对导水管周围灰质内痛相关神经元放电的影响

【摘要】 缰核是前脑边缘系统向脑干下行投射的枢纽。它的活动明显影响针刺镇痛效应。中脑导水管周围灰质(FAG)与电刺激镇痛、针刺镇痛有密切关系。本工作观察了大鼠缰核和PAG间的机能联系。实验证明,刺激缰核引起PAG内痛兴奋神经元兴奋(25/46)、和抑制(18/46),引起PAG内痛抑制神经元兴奋(25/47)和抑制(21/47)。放电频串变化无明显倾向性。但损毁一侧缰核后PAG的自发放电活动的变化表明缰核对PAG有持续性的影响。

【Abstract】 Nucleus habenula is the axis of the descending pathway from limbic system to the brain stem. Its activity significantly influences the effects of acupuncture analgesia. Periaqueductal gray matter (PAG) is closely concerned in the analgesia of electrostimulation of the brain and acupuncture.This study was to investigate the functional relation between PAG and nucleus habenula. It was shown that after stimulation of nucleus habenula twenty five of fourty six pain-exciting neurons in PAG had their unit discharges increased, eighteen had their unit discharges decreased; twenty five of fourty seven pain-inhibiting neurons in PAG had their unit discharges increased and twenty one had their unit discharges dscreassd. There was no tendency for PAG to increase or decrease in discharging on stimulation of nucleus habenula. But the alternation in ths spontaneous discharges of PAG after destruction of nucleus habenula on one side showed that the nucleus habenula had a sustained influence oa the discharges of PAG.
