利用硼镁矿残渣熔制玻璃
Utilizing the Filter Residue of Ascharite for Melting Glasses
【摘要】 利用硼镁矿酸洗压滤后的残渣,熔制高镁的SiO2-Al2O3-CaO-MgO系玻璃。在此基础上研制成各种低碱含硼技术玻璃,用于制造玻璃绝缘子、工业玻璃管道、玻璃燃烧管、引燃管以及玻璃纤维等。 测定了所研制破璃的一些技术性能,并且和市售技术玻璃的性能做了比较。
【Abstract】 The residue of acid-leachig and filter-pressing treatment of ascharite has been used for melting SiO2-Al2O3-CaO-MgO glasses with high magnesia content.Various types of low-alkali boro-contaming glasses have thus been developed for the manufacture of glass insulators, industrial glass pipelines, glass combustion tubes, ignition tubes as well as glass fibers.Some technical properties of the glasses are determined and compared with those of commercial ones.
