【摘要】 用放大胃镜及实体镜对93例164块胃粘膜组织的微细结构进行了观察,并与组织病理学对比,结果发现慢性胃炎时粘膜微细形态与正常胃相似,但组织学上有不同程度的炎症、上皮增生、化生及腺体萎缩。溃疡与息肉表现为规则及粗大的C及D型。癌及癌旁组织多呈粗大而不规则的C及D型,组织学上上述病变加重并出现肿瘤结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 The fine patterns of 164: gastric mucosa specimens from 93 cases have been observed by magnifying gastroendoscope and steromicroscope and compared with histopathologic examination. The results showed that the fine pattern of the mucosa in chronic gastritis was similar with the normal mucosa, but it usually associated with inflammation; hyperplasia and mctaplasia of the epithelium and atrophy of the glands in various degrees. Ulcer and polyp showed regular and coarse C and D. The fine patterns of malignant lesion and its surrounding mucosa showed irregular, large and rough C and D, and the characteristic feature of the cancer.更多还原
