【摘要】 本文分析和讨论了大肠息肉的病理组织学分型的重要意义,特别指出腺瘤性息肉和大肠癌的密切关系,而且小腺瘤的癌变不容忽视,在此基础上提出大肠息肉的处理原则,应该是发现息肉即应摘除及对几种处理方法的体会。恰当处理大肠息肉及追踪观察对防止大肠癌的发生及早期发现大肠癌有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study analyses and discusses the importance of pathological classification of large intestine polyp. It is emphasized that there was close relationship between the adenoma polyp and cancer of the large intestine and that the malignant variance of small adenoma shouldn’t be ignored. On this basis the treatment principle of large intestine polyp is given, large intestinepolyp should be excised whenever it is discovered. The experiences of different treatment methods are discussed. Proper treatment and trace observation of large intestine polyp is very important for preventing and early discovering the large intestine cancer.更多还原
