三种贝氏体球铁齿轮抗弯能力的试验研究

【摘要】 本文总结了三种贝氏体球铁齿轮的齿根弯曲疲劳极限应力σF11n的测定结果。根据齿轮疲劳强度的快速测定方法,采用ISO/TC60424《直齿及斜齿园柱齿轮传动承载能力计算的基本原理》,求得循环基数No=3×106时的σF11n(可靠度为99%)分别为: 作者对测定结果和断口特点进行了初步分析。

【Abstract】 This article sums up the testing results of bending fatigue strength of three kinds of Baintic ductile iron gears. The testing method is an accelerated test for determining the fatigue strength of gears. For calculating the bending fatigue stress 《ISO/TC60 424E Calculation of tooth strength of spur and helical gears》 is adopted.When the number of basic cycles is No = 3×106, the bending fatigue limit stresses σFlim(R = 0. 99) are shown as follows:material σFlim (N/mm2)V-Ti Baintic Ductile Iron 305.7Cu-Mo Austenitic-Baintic Ductile Iron 242.32Cu-Mo Martensit ic-Baintic Ductile Iron 240.65The measurements and surfaces where failure occurred are analyzed.
