石墨形状对铸铁硬度的影响

【摘要】 通过相同成分、相同基体的球铁、蠕铁和灰铁的硬度对比,发现球铁的硬度大于蠕铁,蠕铁又大于灰铁。由此认为,铸铁的硬度不仅决定于基休,很大程度上还决定于石墨形状。

【Abstract】 In contrasting the brinell hardness of nodular graphite cast iron, C.V. graphite cast iron and grey cast iron with the same chemical composition, matrix and its micro-hardness, it is found the brinell hardness of nodular cast ison is greater than C.V. cast iron, much greater than grey cast iron. Hence the hardness of cast iron is not only dependent on its matrix, but would in large extend be dependent on its graphite form as well.
