【Abstract】 In contrasting the brinell hardness of nodular graphite cast iron, C.V. graphite cast iron and grey cast iron with the same chemical composition, matrix and its micro-hardness, it is found the brinell hardness of nodular cast ison is greater than C.V. cast iron, much greater than grey cast iron. Hence the hardness of cast iron is not only dependent on its matrix, but would in large extend be dependent on its graphite form as well.更多还原
