二(α-萘荒酸)合镍(Ⅱ)与吡啶加合物[Ni(α-C10H7CS2)2(Py)2]·Py的合成与晶体结构
The Synthesis and Crystal Structure of the Addition Complex of Bis (α-Dithionaphthoato) Nickel (Ⅱ) with Pyridine [Ni (α-C10H7CS2)2(Py)2]·Py
【摘要】 合成了二(α-萘荒酸)合镍Ni(α-C10H7CS2)2以及它与吡啶1:3加合物。经x射线单晶衍射法测定,确定其晶体结构为[Ni(α-C10H7CS2)2·(Py)2]·Py。 晶体属正交晶系。空间群D2h14-Pcnb。晶胞参数a=13.127(2),b=15.228(2),c=16.810(3),V=3360.3(?)3。Z=4。2056个衍射点参与修正,最终偏差因子R=0.0643。 在此络合物中,镍原子坐落在二重轴上,其配位数为6,取稍有畸变的八面体构型。两个吡啶配体是以顺式络合的。每个不对称单位还包含有半个溶剂吡啶分子。
【Abstract】 The title compound has been synthesized and the crystal structure of this compound has been determined by the single-crystal x-ray diffraction method.The crystal belongs to orthorhombic space group D2h14- Pcnb with unit cell parameter: a = 13.127(2)A, b = 15.228(2)A,c=16.810(3)A. V = 3360.3A3, Z = 4. The structure was refined to R = 0.0643 for 2056 reflections.The asymmetric unit consists of a distorted octahedron around the Ni atom which is situated on a two-fold axis in crystal. The two pyridine molecules are cis-coordinated. Besides, there is one half solvent pyridine molecule in a asymmetric unit.
