北京鸭腔上囊的研究 Ⅱ腔上囊上皮的形态与机能分化

【摘要】 本实验用常规组织学方法,组织化学AB-PAS反应和透射电镜研究了北京鸭胚胎期腔上囊上皮形态的分化;以胶体碳作为示踪物,用光镜和电镜研究了北京鸭腔上囊上皮的内吞机能。北京鸭16天胚腔上囊上皮开始出现突向腔内的上皮芽,此时上皮开始分化。26天胚上皮分化基本完成,表面上皮分化为滤泡间上皮(IFE)和连滤泡上皮(FAE);滤泡髓质区上皮分化为网状上皮,边缘层和芯细胞。18—19天胚腔上囊的芽周和芽间上皮的桂状细胞开始分泌粘液。19天胚FAE细胞开始具有内吞机能,在26天胚及1日龄雏鸭标本中观察到IFE的椭圆形细胞也有内吞机能。22天胚的部分接近成熟的滤泡髓质中有芯细胞出现。

【Abstract】 Morphological and functional differentiation of the epithelium of the bursa of Fabricius in White Peking Duck embryo and newly hatched duckling was studied in this paper. The routine histological methods and Alcian blue-periodic acid-Schiff reaction were used. Colloidal carbon was used as tracer to study the endocytosis of the epithelium of the Bursa of Fabricius in White Peking Duck. The result was observed by light microscope and transmission electron microscope. On day 16 the epithelial bud that bulged out toward the lumen began to appear, when the epithelium began to differentiate. On day 26 the differentiation of the epithelium was almost completed. The surface epithelium differentiated into the interfollicular epithelium(IFE) and the follicle-associated epithelium (FAE). The epithelial cells of the follicular medulla differentiated into the reticular epithelial cells, the marginal layer and the core cells. On day 18 to 19 the columnar cells of the peribud and interbud epithelium began to secrete mucin. On day 19 the cells of the FAE and the ellipsoid cells began to possess the function of endocytosis and this function was more apparent in later stages toward the day of hatching. On day 22 the core cells first appeared within the follicular medulla.
