【摘要】 本实验观察了北京鸭胚胎腔上囊从原基到雏鸭出孵时的形态变化。根据常规组织学方法,光镜观察结果,对腔上囊淋巴上皮滤泡的发生,划分为六个阶段:1.淋巴干细胞迁入和开始分化;2.上皮芽出现;3.芽突发生、发育和滤泡初步形成;4.滤泡埋入固有膜、芽突消失;5.滤泡迅速生长;6.滤泡成熟。观察结果表明,北京鸭腔上囊淋巴上皮滤泡与莱杭鸡比较,主要的区别在于:1.北京鸭腔上囊淋巴上皮滤泡的胚胎发生经历了一个芽突的形成和消失的阶段;2.碱性磷酸酶的分布,两者表现了明显的差异;3.在北京鸭腔上囊的胚胎发育过程中,淋巴细胞呈现出阶段性成批死亡现象,是十分引人注目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ontogensis of lymphoepithelium follicle of the Bursa of Fabricius in White Peking Duck was studied with routine histological methods. The embryoaic development of lymphoepithelium follicles is divided into six stages: I. Lymphatic stem cells migrate and differentiate. 2. Epithelium buds appear. 3. Bud protrusions appear and deve-lope, lymphatic follicles begin to form. 4. Follicles embed into lamina propria and bud protrusions disappear. 5. Follicles grow rapidly. 6. Follicles mature. Comparing White Peking Duck with White Leghorn Chicken, the chief differences of the follicle embryonic development are that: 1. in White Peking Duck there is an extra stage of the formation and disappearence of bud protrusion, 2. the distribution of alkaline pho-phatase is distinctly different between White Peking Duck and White Leghorn Chicken, 3. during the period of embryonic development of White Peking Duck, it is very striking that lymphocytes disintegrate in a great number in certain period.更多还原
