乳品、铁及维生素D3对镉在大白鼠肝内吸收的影响
THE EFFECTS OF DAIRY PRODUCTS, IRON AND VITAMINE D3 ON CADMIUM ABSORPTION BY THE LIVER OF RATS
【摘要】 作者以相同剂量镉盐作五组大白鼠肝中镉吸收试验,以原子吸收法测出连续五天肝镉含量浓度曲线,以第二日为高峰期,后三日曲线趋平,由于曲线为不规则形,故以拉格朗日(Lagrange)补插式作成其数学模式。 以不同配方饲料分四组喂鼠,给以相同剂量镉盐一次灌胃,进行肝吸收对比,结果、普通玉米粉对照组,维生素D3玉米粉组,乳品玉米粉组,铁、乳品玉米粉组肝含镉量依次减少,差异显著,说明铁、乳品、维生素D均能在一定条件下,不同程度地抑制机体对镉的吸收。
【Abstract】 Our experiment was performed with five groups of rats (Wistar) for absorption of Cadmium by liver. Each rat was received Cadmium chloride solution (6 ml, 500 ppm) by a stomach tube. Then, sequential five-day Cadmium contents of rat liver were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and a time-concentration curve was thus obtained.The liver-Cd content is highest on the second day after administration of Cd. Thereafter, the curve tends to fall to a lower level on the following three days, in the five days the content was 2.18± 0.29, 2.76±0.45,1.64±0.11,1.59±0.12, 2.01 ±0.19ppm in their given order. Owing to the time-concentration curve was irregular, Utilizing Langrange’s formula, a working mathmatic model is derived.We devided certain amounts of rat into four groups according to their food compoisition. The Cd dosage and administration were the same as mentioned before and done by a stomach tube, In contrast with liver absorption, from observation, the liver-Cd content decreases respectively one after another in general maize flour group, vitamin D3 maize flour group, dairy product maize flour group, Iron + dairy product + maize flour group. (3.72 ±0.19, 2.33 ±0.64, 1.44 ± 0.14, 1.00 ±0.05 ppm). The differences between these groups are very striking and significant statistically, These results indicate that dairy products. Iron and vitamin D may be of value in preventing the absorption of Cd by liver under certain conditions.
