【Abstract】 The first order Raman scattering spectra of GaP at room and 77 K temperatureshave been measured under hydrostatic pressure from O to 70kb.The mode-Gruneisonparameters of TO and LO phonons of GaP have been calculated from the measuredpressure coefficients.The values of γ_TO,γ_LO are 1.05, 0.92 at room temperature, and1.01, 0.86 at 77 K, respectively.更多还原
