【摘要】 本文对85例正常人,47例具有糖尿病家属史的正常青年人,17例隐性糖尿病患者及73例临床期糖尿病患者的OGTT及OGIRT结果进行了分析,并以R1D,∑BG、∑1R1、R1G、Ⅱ、RⅠ30’,等实验指标以及曲线类型及峰值进行了比较和讨论.从各实验指标看来,与OG1RT相比较、OGTT对糖尿病的诊断仍然不失为灵敏、简单而又实用的临床检验方法之一.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article the findings are presented of oral glucose tolerance test ( OGTT ) and oral glucose insulin releasing test ( OGlRT ) in 85 healthy mduits, 47 normal youths with family history of diabetes, 17 latent diabetic patients and 73 clinical diabetes. Furthermore, we made comparisons cf the experimental indexes of RID, ΣBG, ΣIRI, RIG, II, and RI30’, the types of OGTT, OGlRT and RID curve, the releasing value and appearing time of the peak. It is observed that OGTT remained to be the most sensitive test, simple and practical for the clinical diagnosis of diabetise mellitus as compared with OGlRT.更多还原
