【摘要】 本文报告我科在1976～1983年收治唇癌,并结合文献复习,对其发病年龄、性别、部位、发病情况和手术方法等作一般性回顾.着重指出两淮地区居民把溃疡型的唇癌当作“口疮”、“火气”(内热),而延误治疗.我们还认为唇癌切除后所致的组织缺损,可以利用上唇瓣及邻近组织(面瓣),而不必舍近求远作额、胸等组织瓣修复.更多还原

【Abstract】 47 cases of the lip cancer from 1976 to 1980 are reported and reviews-are made about the the age distribution, sex, location, incidence and trea-tncnt associatad with the disease. It must be emphasized that in the region along the Huai Rivar people regard the ulceratve type of lip cancer as an ordinary " aphthosis " , or as an "internal heat" . burns on the lip. These would delay the treatment of the malignancy. In most cases the defect can be repaired after tumor resection by the flap of upper lip and facial area, It needs not take tissue flap of distant sites as from forehead and chest, etc.更多还原
