丹参素抗凝血作用的研究
Experimental Study on the Anticoagulative Action of Danshensu
【摘要】 <正> 中药丹参(Radix Salviae Milliorrhizae)抗凝血作用的有效成分迄今尚未肯定。我院药学系从正品丹参分离出多种不同成份——丹参182、丹参183、丹参186、丹参187、丹参188、丹参189。我们通过大白鼠静脉注射前、后自身对照方法,初步观察了它们对正常大白鼠凝血象的影响,发现其中只有丹参182(现称丹参素),结构式为:
【Abstract】 Danshensu(丹参素),a water soluble monomer separated from Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae(RSM)is one of the main components of RSM injection on sale.In experiment on rabbits,Danshensu proved to be effective against thrombus formation in vitro,platelet aggregation(ADP induced)and intrinsic or extrinsic coagulation.It caused a decrease in platelet count and hastened fibrinolysis.These actions reached a peak 30 min after i.v.injection of 20 mg/kg and lasted about an hour.These effects recovered gradually to normal 4.5 hrs after injection except the thrombus formation test.
