【Abstract】 Thirty seven cases of small cell carcinoma of lung treated with combined therapy areanalysed. The overall remission rate is 83.8% (31/37), with a median survival time ofabout 10 months and 1-year survival rate of 37.5% (12/32). The extent of the lesion, thecomplete remission rate following treatment as well as the number of course of chemo-therapy given seemed significantly related with the survival time of patient. In order tohave a better remmission of the disease, the interval between courses of chemotherapygiven must not exceed the doubling time of the tumor and a period of 2-4 weeks for eachcourse is perhaps reasonable.更多还原
