【Abstract】 An antigen, isolated from human lung squamous cell carcinoma, was further purifica-ted. This antigen, with an isoelectric point pH4, migrated as anα₁-α₂ globulin at pH8.6and was identified as a glycoprotein. It was demonstrated by SDS-polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis as a single band in the molecular weight region of 43,000D. These physico-chemical properties coicided with those of lung cancer associated antigens reported by othergroups.更多还原
