药用植物组织培养的研究——Ⅴ.生长速率和东莨菪碱含量皆高而稳定的变异体

【摘要】 从4000R的60Co,γ-射线照射过的第13代三分三根愈伤组织系获得一愈伤组织变异体。它的生长速率比亲本高3倍,东莨菪碱含量高30%,过氧化物酶同工酶谱也呈现差异。且愈伤组织变异体的这些特征在照射后到第14代(15个月)仍然是稳定的。愈伤组织变异体中的蔗糖酶和硝酸还原酶活性分别比亲本增加了近60%和145%。
【Abstract】 A callus variant of Anisodus acutangulus was obtained from the 13th generation of a root-callus line that had been irradiated with 4000 R of 60Co. The growth rate of the callus variant was three times faster than its parent, and its scopolamine content about 30% higher. The peroxidase isozyme pattern of the callus variant was also different from that of the parent. The above three characteristics were stable during growth in normal culture, for fourteen passages during a period of fifteen months. The invertase and nitrate reductase activities of the 10th generation of callus variant increased by nearly 60% and 145% respectively, compared with those of the parent.
