【摘要】 在研究草灰水浸种防病,探讨杀菌原理的过程中,发现水浸灭菌与CO₂有关。随着利用CO₂处理接种有散、腥黑穗病菌的小麦种子,获得良好的灭菌效果。将种子预浸5～6小时后,通CO₂密封处理4～6天,对小麦散黑穗病灭菌效果为97.98～100%;对小麦腥黑穗病灭菌效果为91.22%。为进一步验证,又利用CO₂作杀虫试验,亦获得良好的杀虫效果。通CO₂密封处理4～6天,对玉米象杀死率为93.15～100%;对锯谷盗为99.75～100%;对赤拟谷盗为98.55～100%。据多次试验,其灭菌杀虫效果与处理时间、温度成正比。利用CO₂杀虫,在美国已有报道,但是利用CO₂灭菌,迄今尚未见报道。试验证明,利用CO₂灭菌,必须事先将种子进行冷水预浸5～6小时,促使病菌呈萌动状态。否则效果不好乃至无效更多还原

【Abstract】 To make use of CO₂ to treat seeds of wheat for control of pest in hermetically sealed chamber after 4～6 days,it was achieved remakable success.The results are as follows:objects death rate（%） Fungus Tilletia foetida 91.2 Ustilago tritici 97.98～100 Insects Sitophilus zeamais 93.15～100 Tribolium castaneum 98.55～100 Uyrzaephilus surinameusis 99.75～100 In the above tests,it has been found that the effects are positively related with their test time,and the cold baths of seeds at pretreatment are necessary to be against the fungi.更多还原
