花生青枯病防治的研究

【摘要】 花生青枯病(Pseudomonas solanacearum E.F.Smith)是六十年代以来,在山东省逐渐蔓延起来的主要病害,面积已达20万亩以上。一般发病率5~10%,重者达50%以上。该病每年6月初始见,6月下旬至7月中旬为发病盛期,累计病株数符合y=de-(b/x)曲线。本病的发生与土壤含砂率有密切关系。含砂量越高,发病越重(r=0.8956*)。在相同土壤中,土壤田间持水量与发病呈负相关(r=-0.905*)。试验示范证实,采用以抗病良种为主的综合防病措施,是防治本病经济有效的方法,推广面积在3万亩以上。氯化苦处理土壤也有良好的效果。

【Abstract】 Since the end of the sixties,the bacterial wilt(Pseudomonas solana-cearum)of peanuts is one of the most important diseases in Shandong,and have become epiphytotic.The area of the wilt plants is over two hundred thousand mu.The percentage of the wilt plants is usually about5~10%,and sometimes over 50%.The diseased plants usually begin to appear in the first ten days of June.From the last ten days of June to the second ten days of July is the seriously infested stage of the bacterial wilt of peanuts.The curve of the percentage of the wilt plant coincides wilt the following formula:Y=deb/xThe occurrence of the bacterial wilt of peanuts and the perccntage of the sand of the soil have a closed relationship.When the percentage of the sand of the soil is high,the bacterial wilt is serious.The corre-lation coefficient is significant(r=0.8956).When the percentages of the sand of the soil of the all conducts are same,the correlation coef-ficient between the field capacity and the percentage of the wilt plant is significant(r=0.905).Expermental results showed that resistant varieties are available.Almost complete prevention of this disease can be achieved by applica-tion of integrated control including the use of resistant varieties.The highly resistant cultivars of peanuts is grown over thirty thousand mu in the district of the bacterial wilt area in Shandong.Chloropicrin is the efficient fungicide of all the chemicals tested.
