上海农田杂草种子休眠规律研究

【摘要】 休眠是杂草种子萌发的内在因素,研究杂草发生,首先要研究种子的休眠,通过26种主要农田杂草种子休眠萌发的试验,提出了以碎米荠为代表的越夏休眠;以稗草、藜为代表的越冬休眠;以看麦娘为代表的越夏、越冬休眠;以马唐、绿狗尾为代表的越冬、越夏休眠。同时还研究了环境条件对休眠萌发的影响。猪殃殃等早生杂草在含水量15%左右土壤的旱田内,易渡过休眠,而在浸水情况下难于渡过休眠,反之稗草、硬草等湿(水)生杂草在浸水的情况下,易解除休眠。看麦娘、稗草、异型莎草在20~30℃时易解除休眠,唯独小藜是在低温下解除休眠。

【Abstract】 Dormancy is an internal factor which effects germination of weedseeds.In order to understand their germination.We have to study thedormancy of weed seeds.In 1975~1978,we collected seeds of differentspecies of weeds a year ahead.They were placed in nylon mesh bagsand buried at 12~15cm.under ground,then they were uncovered fromsoil for testing the percentage of germination once a month.We have studied the seeds of 26 weed species existed in Shanghairegion,among which four types of dormancy have been found.Echinochloa crus-gallis Beauv.,Chenopodium album L.and Leptochloachinensis L.belong to winter type.Alopecurus aequalis Sobol.,Stellariaaquatica Scop.,Veronica persica Poir.and so on belong to summer-wintertype.Digitaria sangninalis(L.)Scop.,Setaria viridis(L.)Beauv.be-long to winter-summer type.We also studied the soil humidity and temperature which effectseed dormancy.Galium aparine L.gets over dormancy readily in dry condition whenthe water content in soil is about 15%;but with difficulty in water-logged condition.Most weed seeds such as Echinochloa crus-gallis(L.)Beauv.andAlopecurus aequalis Sobol.overcome dormancy readily and rapidly whenthe temperature is 20~30℃.Chenopodium serotinum L.can overcome dormancy readily even whenthe temperature is as low as 0~5℃.
