【摘要】 <正> 近年来,人们发现微量元素与人体健康有着密切的关系。由于某些金属元素对头发具有特殊的亲合力,能与头发中角蛋白的巯基牢固结合,使金属元素蓄积在头发中,头发的代谢活性极低,是代谢的终末产物。因此,头发中微量元素含量可反映相当长时间内元素的积累状况,也可反映头发生长期元素的摄入量和代谢情况,间接地反映其在机体内的含量。检测头发中的微量元素含量,可以作为衡量元素的环境污染程度,营养情况及对机体危害程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 380 hair samples of normal persons from Zhongshan, Sihui and Wuhua counties of Guangdon province were collected. The samples were washed carefully and strictly before analysis. The contents of cadium ( Cd ) , beryllium(Be), iron ( Fe ) , molybdenum (Mo), cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni), manganese ( Mn ) , copper ( Cu ), zinc ( Zn ) , and barium ( Ba ) in these samples were assayed by emission spectrum analysis technique.The results show that the medians ( P50, ug/g) of these trace element contents in hair were as follows : Cd ( male 0.11, female 0.13 ) , Be(0,0), Pb(4.88, 4.98), Cr(0.38, 0.51), Fe(30.20, 33.92), MO (0.22, 0.26) Co(0.29, 0.50) , Ni (0.84, 0.92) , Mn (5.14, 6.86) , Cu (16.21, 15.18), Zn(170.4 94.05) and Ba (1.49,1.29). Excapt lead in male, the medians of these trace elements in hair are lower than those of their arithmetic means and except copper and zinc, The medians and arithmetic means of the trace elements in male are also lower than those in female.更多还原
