氮化钛、钛人工关节材料体内耐腐蚀性能的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON NITRIDED TITANIUM AND TITANIUM ARTIFICIAL JOINT MATERIALS IN CORROSION-RESISTING PROPERTY IN LIVING TISSUE
【摘要】 氮化钛材是我国医务工作者和金属热处理工作者共同协作研制成功的一种人工关节新材料。经我们初步研究证明:钛材经离子氮化工艺处理后,其硬度成倍提高,耐磨及体外耐蚀性均明显增强,同时又保留了钛材的基本优点。本实验在先前研究的基础上,通过氮化钛、钛材的动物体内埋置,采用高频电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES),定量分析实验动物的血、脾和植入材料周围组织中的钛含量,观察两种材料在体内的腐蚀、移行和蓄积情况,以比较氮化钛、钛材体内耐腐性能之优劣,为临床应用氮化钛材人工关节提供进一步的依据。
【Abstract】 <ABSTRACT>A comparative study on nitrided titanium and titanium artificial jointmaterials in corrosion, trasfer and storage in living tissue was reported.Nitrided and non-nitrided titanium materials were implanted into ratmuscles. After 120 days, all the rats were killed and a method of inducecouple plasma-atom emission spectroscope (ICP-AES ) was applied. Titaniumconcentrations in blood, spleen and muscles around implants in rats wereanalysed.Results suggested that the corrosion-resisting property of nitridedtitanium materials was obviously improved in living tissue. The titaniumconcentrations increased significantly in blood, spleen and muscles aroundimplants in the experimental or titanium material group, indicating theshorter life of titanium implants.The authors suggest that the method used is suitable for the selection ofmetal for artificial joint and that nitrided titanium may be an ideal artifi-cial joint material.
