镍钛记忆合金的医学基础研究
STUDIES ON NICKEL-TITANIUM SHAPE MEMORY ALLOY WITH HISTOLOGICAL TEST
【摘要】 镍钛汜忆合金在模拟体液介质中有轻度变色现象,但在动物体内埋植后却没有。在大鼠皮下和骨内埋植10个月的实验说明,对局部组织无损害,炎症反应轻,组织修复过程时间短,未见变色、腐蚀和细胞毒性迹象,具有较高的生物相容性和较低的生物退变性。在相当于生物寿命2/5观察期内,未见局部肿瘤产生。与316L不绣纲和碳纤维增强碳相比,镍钛记忆合金是一种较好的生物材料。
【Abstract】 <ABSTRACT>Nitinol, a nickel-titanium alloy with shape memory, was reported and itstissue response investigated.The tissue response test revealed that no evidence of reaction or resorption after implantation ( 60 specimens ) was noticed over a period of 10 mos.Histologically, 1 wk after implantation, the nitinol implant was covered with a layer of spongy matter of newbone. Then the compact bone gradually increased and 8 wks after implantation, normal bone was observed.The authors suggest that nitinol is an ideal implant material in dental and surgical clinics.
