杀蚜素的应用研究

【摘要】 <正> 杀蚜素为浅灰链霉菌杭州变种(Streptomyces griseolus var.hangzhoucnsisn.var.Yan et Fang 1978)产生的孢内杀虫抗生素,经对其理化性质研究表明,它是一种新的抗生素。几年来在山东、河南、河北、山西、云南、浙江等省5万多亩药效试验结果表明,它具有杀虫效果好、无残留、对人畜和天敌安全、成本较低等特点,现已定点投产。本文报道几年来田间药效试验、示范结果。

【Abstract】 Large-scale field experiments conducted for several years in various places of China indicated that the effectiveness of aphicidin applied at the rate of 7-10 ppm against cotton aphid (Aphis gossypii Glover), carmine mite (Tetranychus bimaculatus Harvey), citrus red mite (Panonychus cirri Mc-Gr.), citrus rust mite (Pkyllocoptes oleivorus Ashmead) and European red mite (Panonychus ulmi Koch) can reach more than 85%, while it is safe to lady beetle(Coccinella septempuncrata), aphid lions, predacious mites and spiders. In 1981, aphicidin was only applied 2-3 times at a rate of 7-10 ppm to citrus plants on over 700 mu of land in the Hongqi Commune’s citrus garden, Zhejiang Province, the citrus red mites and citrus rust mites in the plants were completely controlled, while a great number of predacious mites were caught, about 7 mites per fruit.It is cohsidered that aphicidin may be a promising insecticide in controlling these pests.
