【Abstract】 Several parameters that might affect the results of lysine determi-nation by the dye-binding method were examined. It was found that,for a definite concentration of dye, the weight of a sample was themost important, and a general rule for ensuring an accurate samplingweight was worked out. Sampling weights of some main cereals andsoybeans were listed for reference. A new procedure was also presen-ted, in which sampling weights were easy to choose and good andaccurate results comparable to those of the routine procedure could beobtained.更多还原
