Cu-Al-Ni合金的可逆形状记忆行为
THE BEHAVIOR OF REVERSIBLE SHAPE MEMORY EFFECT IN Cu-Al-Ni ALLOY
【摘要】 本文研究了Cu-14%Al-4.2%Ni合金可逆形状记忆效应(RME)的形成和行为,发现:RME的形成主要是热弹性马氏体定向生长的结果,RME能力与定向生长马氏体量密切相关,并且随试样变形量的增加而增加。试验温度对RME的水平和衰减速度有明显影响。此外,在一定范围内,RME的稳定性随着训练次数的增加而增加。
【Abstract】 The formation and behavior of reversible shape memory effect (RME)in Cu-14% Al-4.2% Ni alloy are studied in this paper. It is found that theformation of RME mainly results from the growth of thermo-elastic marten-site in a certain direction, and that the effect closely relates to the quantityof martensite growing in that direction. The level of RME increases withthe increase of the deformation of the specimen. In addition, the stabilityof RME increases with the increase of repetitions of the drill withincertain limits. It is also found that the experimental temperature has anevident effect on the level and attenuation velocity of RME.
