【摘要】 本文是对26例内脏恶性肿瘤应用冷冻外科与菌苗综合治疗的报导.分别叙述了冷冻外科技术冷冻方法学、冷冻治疗的适应症和免疫指标检测项目.而且对菌苗应用方法、剂量和菌苗的反应,以及病理观察进行了描述.从4例病案介绍中体会到冷冻外科与菌苗综合应用效果显然较冷冻外科或菌苗注射单独应用为好.至于今后如何采用综合治疗以提高疗效和选用理想的免疫指标问题,值得进一步研究.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports 26 cases of visceral maligmant tumors treated by ccyosurgery combined with bacterial vaccines.The cryosurgical technique, freezing method, cryosurgical indications and immunological indices are presented.Furthermore, the administration, dosage and side effects of vaccine as will as pathological observations are also described.The four typical cases mentioned in the paper show that the combined therapy is obviously more effectire than cryosurgery or vaccine used alone.Further studies will be carried out to promote the effect of combined therapy and select batter immunological indces.更多还原
