【Abstract】 The intravenous LD50 of cefamandole (Chinese made)was 4.2g/kg,while the intra-peritoneal LD50 was 6.26g/kg in mice. Rabb its given daily intravenous doses of 200mg/ kg for 12 successive days showed mild cha-nges in kidneys, which were much less severe than those of cephaloridine and cefa-thiamidine. The animal studies suggest that cefamandole is a safe drug.更多还原
