大肠杆菌7924对氨基糖苷类抗生素耐药机制的探讨

【摘要】 <正> 氨基糖苷类抗生素广泛应用于临床,许多细菌对它们产生了耐药性。其主要原因是由于它们产生不同类型的钝化酶使氨基糖苷类抗生素钝化而失效。国外已有许多报道,但国内工作却极有限。开展这类钝化酶的研究不仅有助于阐明细菌耐药机制而且为寻找氨基糖苷抗生素新成员开辟了新

【Abstract】 Escherichia coli 7924 isolated from a patient was resistant to Kanamycin A, Kana-mycin B, Neomycin, Paromomycin, Livido-mycin and Streptomycin, but sensitive to Tobramycin, Gentamicin, Dibikacin, Ami-kacin and Spectinomycin. Two aminoglyco-side degrading enzymes,APH3’-l and APH3", are obtained from the cell-free extract of this strain,and the structures of inactivated products, 3’-phosphates of Kanamycin and 3"-phosphates of Stretomycin, have been de-termined. The ability of producing enzymes has been shown to be plasmid mediated. Ac-ridine yellow treated cells were sensitive to the aminoglycoside and E,coli 7924 can transmit the resistance to those antibiotics to E. coli K12W1485rif during conjugation between them. A R plasmid about 90 Md that is present in E.coli 7924 by agarose gel elec-trophoresis was also present in E. coli7924/ Kl2Wl485rif.
