杀虫抗生素417研究
STUDIES ON INSECTICIDAL ANTIBIOTIC 417
【摘要】 <正> 我们在筛选新杀虫抗生素及拟除虫菊酯类杀虫物质时,发现一些菌株产生的代谢产物能和除虫菊酯的特性化学反应试剂——HgO-硫酸试剂作用,经杀虫活性测定,具有杀虫活性的发酵液中很多含有杀粉蝶素类(piericidin)抗生素,其中从江苏省吴江县采集的土样中分离得到的417菌株和已经报道的杀粉蝶素(piericidin)产生菌不同,经中国科学院微生物研究所阎逊初先生协助鉴定,定名为色褐链霉菌417(Streptomyces chromotuscus417),本文报道色褐链霉菌417的分类鉴定及所产抗生素的分离鉴定。
【Abstract】 In the course of trial screening for both new insecticidal antibiotics and pyrethroid produced by microorganisms, some strains produced Piericidins were isolated. Among them, the chemical and physical properties as well as bioactivities of insecticidal antibiotic produced by streptomyces strain 417was studied. It is verified to be a member of Piericidin’s group. The stre ptomyces strain 417 was different from those known strains produced Piericidins on cultural and physiological biochemical characteristics. It is, therefore, proposed to designate as stre-ptomyces chromofuscus 417.
