【Abstract】 The preparation of CuInSe₂ thin films using single and double source vacuum evaporation is presented. The dependence of the structure and the electrical properties of CuInSe₂ films on the substrate temperature is studied.The effect of various atmosphere treatment on electrical properties of the films is given. p-CuInSe₂/n-CdS solar cell has been made.更多还原
