马氏体时效钢真空冶炼的研究

【摘要】 <正> 马氏体时效钢也和其它超高强度钢一样,随着强度的不断提高,其塑性和韧性也随着下降。我们的工作和文献等都证明,间隙元素碳、氧、氮和其它杂质元素对马氏体时效钢的塑性和韧性影响很大。在真空感应炉冶炼纯铁和铁镍钴合金时,存在一〔C〕·〔O〕乘积的稳定状态。设想提高熔池中钢液的氧含量,能使钢液的碳含量下降,开展了富氧真空感应冶炼降碳的研究。还研究了几种真空冶炼方法及其对排除钢中有害杂质与提高其韧性的影响。

【Abstract】 Like other ultrahigh strength steels the ductility and toughness of maraging steels decreased with their strength increase. Previous works of authors as well as others have shown that interstitial elements C,O, N and other impurity elements have great influences on ductility and toughness of maraging steels. It is well know that during vacuum induction melting of pure iron and Fe-Ni-Co alloys there exists a so called“steady state”of〔C〕·〔O〕product in the bath, and the carbon content will be decreased by increasing the oxygen in the melts. Whereupon a technique of removing carbon by rich oxygen in vacuum induction melting were investigated. Several vacuum melting techniques and their effects on eliminating impurities and increasing toughness were also studied.
