Cr20Mn10Ni4Si3N抗咬耐蚀不锈钢抗咬机理探讨

【摘要】 新研制的Cr20Mn10Ni4Si3N抗咬耐蚀不锈钢,除了具有Cr-Ni型不锈钢的特点外,还克服了Cr-Ni型不锈钢所不能解决的问题——咬死(粘着磨损)。本文探索了Cr20Mn10Ni4Si3N钢抗咬机理,与1Crl8Ni9Ti钢作比较,并探讨了此新钢种中Mn、Si含量与抗咬性能的关系。用X光电子能谱(ESCA)和俄歇电子能谱(AES)结合氩离子溅射刻蚀技术进行测定,证实此钢种表层有一层相当厚的氧化锰和硅酸盐表面膜,而一般18-8型Cr-Ni不锈钢则不具有这种膜。一定含量的Mn、Si在钢表面形成氧化物膜是此钢种具有良好抗咬性能的原因。

【Abstract】 Recently developed stainless steel Cr20Mn10Ni4Si3N, in addition to its gocd ccrrosion resi-stance characteristic of Cr-Ni stainless steel, has excellent galling risistance which Cr-Ni stainless steel lacks. This paper investigated the mechanism of galling resistance of Cr20Mn10Ni4Si3N. This steel was compared with 1Cr18Ni9 Ti in galling resisting tests, and the relation betwcen Mn and Si contents of Cr20Mn10Ni4Si3 N and its galling resistance was discussed. The results of ESCA and AES with argon ion sputter-etching confirmed that there was a quite thick film of Mn oxide and silicates on the surface of steel Cr20Mn10Ni4Si3 N which was not found on the surface of steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti. It was also shown in experiments that the excellent galiing resi-stance of steel Cr20Mn10Ni4Si3N could be attributed to the formation of oxides film on the surface by certain amount of Si and Mn.
