【摘要】 <正> 痕量锰在人体生化过程中,为葡萄糖与类脂化合物代谢作用所必需;然而过量摄入锰可能对人体有害。据报导锰能干扰铁的吸收,降低人体血清的镁含量,而且还能干扰钙和磷的代谢。因此研究饮水中超痕量锰的测定不仅对于探讨和扩充分析方法很有意义,同时对于环境化学和卫生保健亦属必要。海水、天然水和饮水中锰含量低至ppb级,难以引用普通的化学法从事分析。目前国内外盛行的高温石墨炉原子吸收技术有很高的灵敏度,用于水体中某些痕迹量金属的测定非常有效。石墨炉法测定水体中锰国外已有报导;但一般需经萃取预分离手续,或借助于标准加入法来消除基体干扰。同时由于进样量、进样位置的不重视及样品在石墨管内的渗透与

【Abstract】 This paper describes a method for the determination of ultra trace Mn in drinking water by flameless AAS with the aerosol deposition technique which was completed with IL FASTAC AUTOSAMPLER. By this technique the precision of measurements was improved. The ultra trace Mn in sample can be directly determined from the calibration curve with satisfaction: for 10 ppb Mn standard solution, the average absorbance from 8 measurements was 0.120, RSD(relative stan. dard deviation) 3.3%; for our sample, the average absorbance from 8 measurements was 0.118, RSD 4.92%; and the results from the calibration curve agreed essentially with those from the addition method. Finally, the various related factors wich may affect the determinations of Mn are also studied and discussed.
