刀豆球蛋白A(Concanavalin A)对可移植性小鼠肿瘤的抑瘤试验
Inhibitory Effect of Concanavalin A on Transplantable Tumors in Mice.
【摘要】 作者将刀豆球蛋白A(Con A)注入接种可移植性肿瘤的小鼠腹腔内作实验性治疗,以观察小鼠的肿瘤生长情况和对生命的延长.实验结果:①Con A对L7712和S180实体瘤具有明显抑制作用,其抑瘤率分别为42.44~54.05%(P<0.01~0.001)和30.2~48.9%(P<0.05~0.02).②Con A对接种L615.P388和L1210小鼠不能延长其生命. 本实验和Davis与Edstedt所报告的Con A对肿瘤有促进生长作用的结果恰巧相反.作者认为Con A对肿瘤的抑制生长作用的机制是由于:①Con A能增强巨噬细胞的胞饮力.②Con A能非特异性地增强细胞毒T淋巴细胞的作用.③由Con A所诱生的干扰素能直接激活NK细胞,加强对肿瘤的杀伤作用.
【Abstract】 The mice inoculated with transplantable tumor lines were treated intraperitoneally with Con A and the effect of Con A on tumor growth and the life-span of tumor bearing mice were observed. The results were as follows:① Con A exhibited a strong inhibitory effect on both L7712 and S180 solid tumors, with the inhibitory rates of 42.44~54.05% (P< 0.01~0.001) and 33.2~48.9% (P< 0.05~0.02) respectively. ②Con A had no significant effect on the life-span of all the three groups of mice inoculated with L615, P388 and L1210 mouse leukemia cells. These results were quite contrary to those made by Davis and Edstedt, who reported that Con A enhanced the growth of tumors, The authors suggested that the mechanisms of tumor-growth inhibition of Con A might be: ② Con A could enhance the phagocytosis of macrophages. ② Con A could unspecifically enhance the effect of cytotoxic T lymphocytes. ③ The interferon produced by lymphocytes induced by Con A could directly activate the NK cells to enhance their killing effect on tumor cells.
