利用过氧化物酶同工酶分析梨属种质特性及亲缘关系

【摘要】 本试验采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,对梨属的秋子梨、白梨、砂梨、西洋梨、新疆梨、杜梨、木梨、麻梨和褐梨等9个种的某些品种成熟叶片提取液,进行过氧化物酶同工酶的测定。结果表明:梨属植物有共同特征性谱带,不同种间谱带差异较大,种内品种间谱带差异较小,说明过氧化物酶同工酶和品种亲缘关系有一定联系。试材中新疆梨谱带简单,而西洋梨谱带复杂;西洋梨谱带类型与东方梨有很大差异:白梨和砂梨品种间谱带类型交错,从谱带特征着,两者比较接近。试验据酶谱特征对梨属9个种的亲缘关系进行了推测,为从生化角度阐明种质特性及梨的分类和进化研究提供了依据。

【Abstract】 Peroxidase isozymic patterns of matured leaves of nine species of Purus were detected by using the discontinuous system of polyacrylamid gel elect-rophoresis, which was modified by cylindrical gel analytical electrophoresis apparatus. The results of the study showed that the differences of pattern bands were more pronounced between species than between varieties. The pattern bands of P. sinkiangensis Yu were found to be more simple, those of P. communis L. were a little more complex, and those of P. bretschneideri Eehd. and P. pyrifolia ( Burm. )Nakai. were similar. The pattern type of P. communis L. was different from that of oriental pears.
