杭州郊区油青菜上一个车前草花叶病毒的分离物

【摘要】 1977年底,于杭州郊区四季青公社青春大队油青菜花叶病株上分离到一个病毒浓度高、传染力强的31号分离物。特别是接种大白菜,叶片上出现大块灰白色不规则坏死区。接种农特400号、黄苗榆、三生烟、三十八号烟,造成系统蚀纹斑和蚀纹点刻坏死。在心叶烟、白兰烟、曼陀罗、辣椒、豇豆上引起接种叶局部坏死斑,在苋色藜上引起局部黄斑。接种千日红,起初在接种叶上产生坏死斑。以后发展成系统花叶。不侵染番茄、四季豆。分离物稀释终点10~6—10~8,致死温度95℃,体外保毒期22个月。电镜检查为密集排列整齐的棒状粒子,制备得到具有一定效价的抗血清。因此,初步认为31号分离物为车前草花叶病毒株系之一。

【Abstract】 An isolate of Ribgrass mosaic virus, No. 31, was isolated from Brassica chinesis cultivar Qing-Cai ( B. chinensis. L. ) in the suburb of Hangzhou. It caused irregular necrotic patches on chinese cabbage leaves, systemic etch on Nicotiana tobacum, local lesions on Nicotiana glutinosa, Datura stramonium, Vigna sinensis and Nicotiana tobacum var. White Burley, local chlorotic spots on Chenopodium amaranticolor. On Gomphrena globosa, after showing necrotic lesions on the inoculated leaves, the plants showed systemic mosaic. Attempt to infect tomato and bean with isolate No. 31 failed. The dilution end-point was 106-108, the thermal inactivation point was 95℃ , and the longevity in vitro was 22 months. Typical rod shaped particles were observed under electromicroscopy. Antiserum to this isolate was prepared. From all data presented above, it seems reasonable to consider that No. 31 isolate is one of the strains of Ribgrass mosaic virus.
