【Abstract】 Shanghai Xinfeng Wire Cloth and Paper Mill is a small size integrated plant, which manufactures paper-making wires as well as certain grades of paper. Since 1981, the mill carried out TQC step by step and had successfully upgraded the qualities of its main products (namely glassine paper, photographic base paper and 65/195 mesh copper wire) to such an advanced level, not only leading ahead in the country, but also approaching international standards. Quality upgrading proves to be economically beneficial. Measures adopted by the mill in setting up TQC and PDCA (Plan, Do, Check and Action) and experiences thus gained are presented.更多还原
