【摘要】 本文用³H-TdR 及放射自显影法测定小鼠可移植性前胃鳞状细胞癌（GS-742）的细胞周期和有关参数。实验结果:GS-742细胞增殖周期:Tc 为20小时,TG₂为2.5小时,TS 为13小时,TG₁为3.5小时,TM 约为1小时。GS-742细胞动力周期各参数分别为:细胞标记率（LI）为41.50±1.71,有丝分裂率（MI）为3.23％±0.23,标记有丝分裂率（LMI）为8.00％±1.08。生长指数为63.85％。这对于采用本模型进行实验研究时合理使用时相特异抗癌药物有一定参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cellular proliferation cycle and the-related parameters of transplantable squamous cell carcinoma of mouse forestomach (GS-742) are determined by tritiated thymidine autoradiography.The mean cell cycle time (Tc) is found to be 20 hours,the premito- tic phase (TG 2) 2.5 hours,the DNA synthesis phase (TS) 13 hours,the postmitotic phase (TG1) 3.5 hours,and the mitotic phase(TM) about one hour.Other parameters such as the Labeling index (LI) is 41.50+1.71,the mitosis index (MI)3.23±0.23,the labeled mitosis index (LMI) 8.00±1.08 and the growth fraction (GF) 63.85%.更多还原
