【Abstract】 Among the 396 cases of neurosurgery under acupuncture anaesthesia,the result in grade Ⅰ, grade Ⅱ,grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ was 32.6%, 45.7%,16.4%and 5.3% respectively. The result in the first two grades reached to 78.3%. The author ha the following viewpoints: 1. The result in the operation of fossa cranii anterior is ideal. 2. The result with the points selected from the same ganglion is good. 3. Acupuncture anaesthesia applied by taking Sibai point as the principal point is able to reduce the intracranial pressure. 4. In order to inhibit the activities of the sympathetic nerve, additional administeriong of haloperidol may enhance the acupuncture anaesthesia result.Electro-acupuncture parameter: contiuuous pulse waveform, frequency for body acupuncture 3-6 hertz, and inducing period 20-30 minutes.更多还原
