【Abstract】 By use of ³H-TdR mixed lymphocyte blastogenesis test, ANAE marked test, PHA & OT skin test and WBC differntial count, we examied 67 ratients with carcinoma of cervix, 30 cases of them were treated in ⁶⁰Co radiotherary, the other 30 cases have been treated in both ⁶⁰Co radiotherary & BAI SHAN YUN ZHI immunotherapy. 30 healthy women as normol centrol. The results show that cell mediated immunity is lower in the patients than in normol women. Though no remarkable change in 1 stage, the immune function appeats to fall off remarkably in 2-4 stage of the carcinoma and possess statically significant. BAI SHAN YUN ZHI immunotherapy can prevent the function descension caused by radiotherapy.更多还原
