甜菜花芽分化的初步观察
A Preliminary Observation on Differentiation of Floral Bud in Sugarbeet
【摘要】 <正> 甜菜(Beta vulgaris L.)为我国北方重要的制糖原料作物。多年来,国内外许多科学工作者对甜菜的生长发育规律、栽培技术、遗传育种、抽苔开花的调节与控制及开花习性等作了大量工作,取得很大成绩。但有关甜菜花芽分化问题,目前尚缺乏系统地报导。花芽分化是营养生长向生殖生长转化的过渡阶段,弄清花芽分化的规律及其机理,对防止甜菜第一年营养生长期过早抽苔开花和提高第二年采种植株的种子产量和品质均具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 The differentiation of floral bud in monogerm and multigerm of sugarbeets were studied by slices and stripping method. The results showed that the beet plant was in the vegetative growth stage from sprouting of mother root to 25 days. The differentiation took place on the middle and upper nodes of the main stalk in 25-30th days of sprouting. The differentiation of monogerm type may be divided into two stage: the inflorescence primodium and flower primodium differentiation (including bracteole-calyx primodium-stamen primodium-pistil primodium differentiation and sexual organgenesis). The multigerm type was divided into the following stages: the inflorescencep primodium, the seedball (cyme), primodium and the flower primodium differentiation stage. In the differentiation, in the middle and lower parts of the main stalk, an ovate "nonfloral bud differentiation region" was formed around the main stalk, which is of great biologic significance both in time and space.Questions of the duration of the differentiation, conformity of the sequences of flowering and fruiting, the phenomenon of apical ovule and nectary formation were discussed.
