甜菜根腐病接种方法的初步探讨

【摘要】 <正> 甜菜根腐病是一种土传病害,系由多种病原菌所引致,其中病原真菌多为兼性寄生菌,往往当一种病原侵染以后,其它腐生菌又随之侵入,成为混合侵染,即“一些寄生真菌所引起的伤害可使病组织迅速被侵,而次生微生物几乎代替了初生寄生物,以至分离初生寄生物成为纯培养的工作极为困难”(Stephen Wilhelm)在这种情况下,欲明确根腐病的主要致病菌,是比较困难的,必须进行大量的微生物分离、培养、接种和病原菌鉴定等工作。

【Abstract】 Root rot ( withered form ) is a greater threaten to the production of sugar beet in northeast regions in the recent decade. A large number of infected plants have isolated.. The mainly of strains obtained is Fusarium and Phama , Verticillium etc. are secondary. In 1980-82, for exploration on the effective methods in inoculation , a series of inoculative methods, in vitro , pot culture and field root were tested, Fusarium was used as chief material, For in vitro, the acupuncture injection is a good method which is simple and easy operated. It may estimate the pathogenicity of many strains which were isolated. Pot culture is the best as cut inoculation.The field root inoculation can get best results with drill holes, infection rate can reach 60-70%, typical symptoms were significant. It is a more successful field inoculative method. In this paper, the effectual method of root inoculation with Fusarum and the pathogenicity of Fusarium were affirmed. As their possibilities of a thogenic fungi were explicited.
