大骨节病病因实验病理学研究——硒与对羟桂皮酸(PHCA)对大鼠软骨发育的影响

【摘要】 <正> 前言 微量元素硒在体内有多种生物功能,与线粒体的呼吸机能,微粒体的药物代谢,炎症,免疫,癌以及老化等有关。硒缺乏可使人体及动物产生重要疾病。近年认为硒是谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性中心,并发现线粒体的稳定性、过氧化酯质的分解速度与内因性谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶正相关。因而可以说该酶是
【Abstract】 Studies were designed to examine the effects of selenium and P-hydroxycoumaric acid (PHCA) on the growth of tibial plate of rat. In the bodiesof all rats fed semi-synthetized selenium diffcient diet and given PHCA bycutanueous injection for 30 days, blood selenium, GSH-Px decreased, and in theexpiratory gas ethane volume increased. Metaphysial cartilage becomes thin,chondrocyte diminished, hypertrophic chondrocyte hardly existed, and disorgan-ized column formed. Skeletal trabeculae showed shorter, smaller, looser andtransverse trabeculae formed. In comparison with groups of control there wereobvious differences. Description above showed that both selenium-deficient and PHCA may leadto metaphysial plate dystrophy, that action of trace element selenium is important in the developmental process of cartilage of rat. Perhaps pathogenesis ofkaschin-Beck desease is multiple foctors.
