水位移法测量人体脂肪含量的探讨

【摘要】 本研究包括论证△F=C1(Vt1-Vt2)-C2(M1-M2)体脂变化公式和探索一日内体脂测量的最佳时间两项内容。

【Abstract】 Body fat of 12 male adults were measured by water displacement me-thod(density method) at every morning for 5 successive days. The standard deviation of single observation was 0.29kg calculated by mean residual lung volume method. It was significantly lower than the value (0.5kg) calculated by the ordinary method (p<0.001). Obviously, the residual lung volume of the same person in various days of the experimental period were almost the same. Supposing that the residual lung volumes before and after the experiment were identical in the same person, we can calculate the change of body fat(△F)from the equation: △F=C1(Vt1-Vt2)-C2(M1-M2), where Vt1 and Vt2 represent the total body volume measured before and after the experiment, M1 and M2 represent body weight respectively. The average increase of body fat was 1.20±0.92 kg in the period of 16-day bed rest by ordinary method, and 1.28± 0.38 kg by the equation method. The average energy requirement was 32.8±7.8 kcal/kg/day and 32.3 ± 1.6 kcal/kg/day respectively. Although the results by these I wo methods were fairly similar, the standard deviation by the ordinary method was larger than by equation method. It seems that the equation method was more simple and more available than the other.Among the values of body fat weights determined in different times during a day the lowest value was found at 9:30-11:00 a.m. Probably at that time the gas volume in gastro-intestinal tract was the least.
