番茄芽期过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱型与杂种优势的关系

【摘要】 作者用酶谱技术分析了番茄13个组合的18个亲本芽期过氧化物酶同工酶变化情况。按生长顺序分三次取样。酶谱表现可划分为两种类型、四种亚型,即: 第一型(F型)表现为第一次取样谱带数多,酶活性较强。F—a亚型表现为从第一次取样到第二次取样酶谱带数增加,酶活性也增强;但第三次取样的酶谱带数则比第二次取样减少,酶活性也减弱。F一b亚型表现为从第一次取样到第三次取样谱带数一直增加,酶活性也持续较强。 第二型(S型)表现为第一次取样谱带数少,酶活性较弱。S—a亚型表现为从第一次取样到第三次取样谱带数逐渐增多,酶活性增强。S—b亚型表现为从第一次取样到第三次取样谱带数变化较小,酶活性也一直较弱。 实验探讨了亲本酶谱型和杂种优势之间的关系。高优组合的父本多为F型,母本多为S型。两亲本酶谱差异适宜,把两个亲本的第三次取样的酶谱扫描曲线绘在同一座标中呈多点交叉。低优组合则无此交叉。这些,可为番茄杂种优势利用的亲本选配、早期预测等工作开辟一条新途径。

【Abstract】 The authors have analysed the changes of peroxidase isozyme of 18 parents in 13 hybrid combinations in the sprouting stage of tomato by m-eans of the zymogramic technique. The samples were taken at 3 times during plant development. The zymogram patterns shown may be classifi-ed into two types and four subtypes:The First Type ( F-type ) :This type shows more bands and higher activity of enzyme in the first stage of sampling.F-a Subtype:The second stage of sampling shows more bands and higher activity of enzyme than the first one, while the third stage of sampling fewer and weaker than the second.F-b Subtype:Both the second and the third sampling show a successive increase in band number and in enzyme activity compared with the previous one.The Second Type ( S-type ) :This type shows fewer bands and lower activity of enzyme in the first sampling.S-a Subtype:Both the second and the third sampling show a successive increase in band number and in enzyme activity compared with the previous one.S-b Subtype:Both the second and the third sampling show that band number and enzyme activity remain unchanged.The experiments have demonstrated the relationship between zymog-ram patterns of the parents and heterosis.The males of hybrids with competitive heterosis are mostly of the F-type, whereas the females are mostly of the S-type; when difference between the parents in zymogram pattern is remarkable, plotted with a coordinate, the curve obtained by scanning of the zymogram patterns of the parents in the third sampling shows many cross-points; whereas in the case of hybrids with lower heterosis shows no cross-points.These results may provide a new approach to the use of heterosis for the parent selection of tomato plants and to an earlier prediction.
