水仙双鳞片繁殖的培养方法和条件研究

【摘要】 用双鳞片繁殖水仙的方法简便易行。试验结果表明:1.把水仙鳞茎分切成约一克重的带有两个鳞片和鳞茎盘的切块,放入小塑料包中,加入蛭石和水或潮的细砂混合,密封,置恒温室或室温中暗处培养,2~4个月即长成小鳞茎,成球率可达80~90%,有的处理还可达到114.3%。单鳞片培养其成球率甚低,没有实用价值。2.双鳞片培养全年都可进行,但在水仙生长期于4月份以后,贮藏期于7月下旬以后培养,双鳞片成球率较高。3.低温预处理和后处理对双鳞片成球有一定的促进作用。从组织切片观察到,两鳞片间的基部存在腋芽原基,经培养,腋芽原基发育成小鳞茎;还观察到,鳞茎内贮藏有大量的糊精类物质,且与双鳞片培养成球有关。

【Abstract】 The bulbs of the Chinese sacred-lily ( Narcissus tazetta var. chinensis Roem. ) were used as test materials for cultu ral conditions and methodsof twin-scales propagation. Results showed that treatment A —— bulbcut into longitudinal segments, its adjacent scale-pair joined by a por-tion of basal plate(i.e. twin-scales ) mixed with wet sand or vermiculite and water, packed in polythene plastic bags, cultured under constant orroom temperature in dark place for 2-4 months —— had more bulblets,with growing rate of bulblet 80-114.3%; treatment B —— bulb cut intosingle-scale with a portion of basal plate, cultured as A, the growingrate of bulblet was very low; and treatment C —— bulb cut into shorttwin-scales(2-3mm long ) with a portion of basal plate , cultured as A, it was hardly to grow bulblets. Results also showed that the growing rate of bulblet from the outer and intermediate scales was higher than that from inner twin-scales.Twin-scales can be cultured all year round. But the cutting time and cultural condition affected the growing rate of bulblet deeply. For instance, if the mother bulb was cut from April to May during growing period in the field, or at the end of July during storage period, their growing rate of bulblet was higher. The suitable water content of sand was less than 6 %; if exceeded , segments would be decomposed. The suitable water content of vermiculite was 49%; and pretreatment and posttreatment under low temperature can promote the growth of bulblets. The bulblets cultured for 3-4 months in sand or ver-miculite can be transplanted to pot with sand or directly to field with mellow soil, and 80-100% of the bulblets grow well to young plants.According to our observations, the base between two scales of bulb contain original axillary buds which will form bulblets after cultivation, and the starch gum substances in the parent-bulb are directly related to the formation of bulblets from twin-scales.
